Música e Processos Inconscientes: explorando a criatividade musical como ferramenta de expressão e ressignificação de afetos

Resumo

Este artigo apresenta os resultados de uma pesquisa educacional e empírica que explorou a interseção entre música, psicanálise e criatividade. O estudo investigou como a criatividade musical pode servir como uma ferramenta para a ressignificação de afetos, focando nas experiências de músicos participantes de um Laboratório de Criação Musical realizado na Universidade Federal do Rio Grande (FURG). As sessões do laboratório foram conduzidas através de uma pesquisa baseada na prática (practice-based research), utilizando atividades de livre improvisação para facilitar explorações criativas e possibilitar que os participantes realizassem reflexões sobre suas experiências vividas. Integrando as perspectivas freudianas e junguianas sobre o inconsciente, os resultados sugerem que a criatividade musical pode catalisar o crescimento psicológico e promover ressignificações cognitivas e emocionais, criando um ciclo de retroalimentação que impulsiona o próprio desenvolvimento criativo. As implicações educacionais desses resultados apontam para a importância de incluir abordagens psicanalíticas em educação musical, promovendo maior autoconsciência e o desenvolvimento criativo entre os estudantes.
