Percepção rítmica e reprodução de padrões rítmicos: uma revisão “estado da arte”

Resumo

O ritmo apresenta-se como um componente inerente à música e tem-se realizado estudos de maneira crescente e diversa. O objetivo do trabalho foi delinear o estado da arte das pesquisas nos campos da percepção rítmica e reprodução de padrões rítmicos. Realizou-se a busca usando os descritores reprodução rítmica, percepção rítmica e reprodução de padrões rítmicos, que identificou 88 trabalhos. Desses, selecionou-se 26, sendo aqueles que eram artigos e capítulos de livros publicados em língua portuguesa e inglesa; envolviam os sujeitos como participantes. Foi possível identificar uma lateralização cerebral nas atividades de percepção e reprodução de padrões rítmicos. Identificou-se a relação estatisticamente significante entre construtos como linguagem, QI, alça fonológica e percepção rítmica. Os estudos apontam, ainda, para a preferência de determinadas estruturas rítmicas por bebês, habilidade de diferenciar padrões rítmicos e de reproduzir padrões rítmicos a partir dos 5 anos.
